Score!

Spent yesterday moving some new (to us) machining equptment from the local community college! A big job (pallet jacks and hallways) made easier by some good friends. Thanks to the old man, Greener, Earnie and Ken!! Got the old stuff moved and new stuff set in place, now a full day of leveling, wiring and re-organizing. Then we will realize how much tooling we have that doesn't work anymore...ugh.

Fab

Just some of the details on the sporty. Stock controls recycled to make jockey shift, and shifter with a double row sealed bearing. Unreal how much less lateral play there is in a double row bearing, well worth the extra couple bucks...
Stock sporty tank narrowed a hair, domed, ribbed, flat bottomed and frenched. Sight gauge, off set filler and low off set speedo. Ya ya, I don't like digital speedo's either, but the fact is they work good and are least obstructive when the bikes just sittin there..

Sharpie Art on Nancy.. the girl's bike.

Sharpie art by Jaimie Cousin. Took the clear very well but is still fading out a bit in the sun. We rode the bike most of last summer though and it's holding surprisingly well. We had Jaimie do some cabinet doors in our shop in full color that looked f'n amazing when she dropped them off, but when cleared totaly changed colors..still look great just not near as dark as the original work. Pics to come.
