23 x 1.6 polished alloy hoop laced to WARREN JR. hubs with stainless Buchanan spokes!

Convoluted pipe dreams!

Finally took the time to build some decent pipes for my shovel. I always planned on a rippled set, just wasn't willing to pay through the ass for the rippled pipe itself. I finally found a couple NOS pieces for a decent price and got to work, just a bit more metal finishing and off to chrome. Unbelievable the time it took to make such a basic looking system...and this rippled pipe contracts with the heat from the welding and makes a perfect fit hard to get..it also makes me swear and throw stuff....

Inside out pegs and cut down primary.

Inverted mid controls to somewhat mimic the Kustom Tech hand levers. They need some final shaping but should get the job done. Also note the electric start primary that we cut down. Both inner and outer started as e-start pieces which we cut the starter hump off and filled in. A cool tin primary look that still retains the structure of a cast inner primary. Never seen this done before but I'm sure it has been...

Fucklehead!

Delmo's single loop cone bottom/knuckle top project that he sent our way.. Very rad little bike but this engine has had us scratching our heads as well as banging them on the wall... Very tough thing to deal with when you have no idea how or even what was used in this "running motor".... Learned to assume nothing...ever.... That being said we'd love to do another from the crank up, there is no reason these engines can't work and work well.. just ask Lee.
